Zoey Ruth Matthews

Zoey Ruth was born today around 2:20 PM (Louisville, KY time) to Michael and Ashley. She weighted 8 lbs and 11 oz.

My Latest Project

I bought this 1973 Super Beetle in June of 1989.

By the end of that month I painted the hood and put the engine out of my 1968 VW van in it.

In August of 1993, I repainted it. This time a darker blue. In July 1998, I painted again and went back to the light blue. Over the past couple of months, I have been restoring it. I finished the outside today.

Grandparent's Day

This morning Shirley and I went to Pine Haven Elementary School in Bauxite for their Grandparent's Day breakfast. Parker is a kindergartener there this year. Her other grandparents, Bob and Sue were also there. We all enjoyed it and Parker was very happy that we all were able to come.
