Anna Spends the Night

Anna is spending the night with us tonight. Pappaw and Anna color and stick stickers. Mammaw and Anna play cards.

Pier at the Pond

This morning we finished the pier at the pond. Hopefully this will be a place for grandkids to catch a fish someday. This afternoon Brad & Shelley brought Anna, and Ace over to see it.

Anna is ready for "school" after spending the night with us again.

Parker at Pond

Before we took Parker home Monday evening (to met her Dad in Arkadelphia) , she wanted to see the pond.

Our Grill/Smoker

Back in early November, I started building a brick grill/smoker. This is my first attempt at laying brick. With the bricks left over from the addition to the house, and scrap metal on hand, I was able to finish it today. The only cost were the grates to cook on and the mortar mix. I've included a picture with me, so you could see the size. The grill is in the front and the door in the back is for smoking. The small door on the side is to clean out the ashes.

Parker Spends the Night

Parker came this afternoon. She is spending the night. After church tonight. Anna Kate came over to play with her.

Some of the time, they were sitting with Pappaw.

This Morning

Ace is with us today because he doesn't feel well enough for "school." Anna was all dressed up for "school' when he was brought this morning.
